Abilities: Normal SeaWing abilities. Able to use a dragon's blood or scales to track them from anywhere. Whenever a crime happens in her vicinity, she gains knowledge of where it is happening, but not what it is. Is able to use materials (usually stones) from nearby to magically create buildings.

Percival takes her job very seriously. She's been doing this since she was a dragonet, and isn't sure what else she would do with her life if she wasn't a police officer... who would uphold the LAW!! She's a big fan of the law but will sometimes break if it she feels that it would be the moral thing to go against it. Has little tolerance for criminals and murderers, but a lot of the time will not actually go after them because one SeaWing may not be enough.
On her own time she's pretty stressed about her job and the animus enchantments that didn't go as well as she had hoped. Is often seen sitting at a desk eating scavengers like chips.
History:
Before Percival was born, her parents had laid their eggs on the sandy beaches of the Sea Kingdom. On one day where their mother was away fishing, their father stepped out for a second (for unknown reasons). When the pair of them returned, their eggs had been smashed- all except one pale one that had rolled towards the sea and avoided the carnage. Heartbroken, the pair of SeaWings did their best to keep the last egg safe... up until it hatched, revealing the strangely yellow dragonet inside.
The talk of the town, how they had lost all their dragonets to some crimedoer and then ended up with one weirdly colored one... Percival never felt normal within the rest of the SeaWings and would often leave the water to see if she could find a place she fit a bit better. Seeing the blue and green dragons of her kingdom never felt right to her, and sometimes- partially because of the taunting- she wondered if she could fit in with the SandWings.
When she became older, she met up with a rather strange animus dragon- and as she already knew what she wanted to do, punish criminals like the ones who killed her unborn siblings, she asked for a few enchantments to be done on her. They all worked as planned, but their influence on her life would be more than she expected. Ever since then, she became well known as a vigilante in a lot of dragon cities until she was eventually brought into the local police force.
