Detailed personality here; He's an outcast for a reason. Foresight has no problem with murder- although when you first meet him that might not seem like a trait of his. He's charismatic and a smooth talker, usually the one to approach another dragon first. Most of the time he's not that bad to speak to- something about him does seems a bit impersonal as if he's faking everything he says.
If he has a problem with you, some messed up part of him thinks "well, just kill them and the problem is done." He usually follows through on this- even if it was just an argument or a small quarrel. What might be nothing to you is probably something worth attacking for him. He's unpredictable, focused in what he wants to do, and rather hard to track down if he doesn't want to be noticed.
He's not infamous- not many even know his name unless they run into him.
- Owns one dragon skull. Talks to it sometime, will swear up and down that it's fake.
History: Nothing special. He didn't have any siblings, and his parents did their absolute best with him. He was just...a strange dragon, always up to something, never starting fights but always having something to say. Nobody really had a problem with him, and most dragons that remember him from childhood won't even know what he was kicked out for.
He may have killed somebody in the kingdom. If asked about it, he tends to shrug and say "they deserved it." Doesn't seem to realize something is wrong.
