Appearance: A small IceWing with pale blue scales and lighter flecks splattered across their whole body.
The character's appearance:
Frost is small, and while her legs are long compared to the rest of her, she's not that big overall. She has light blue scales, with some even paler scales flecked across her body. She has an ice blue underbelly and wings, though her wings and belly are different shades. Her horns and claws are a slightly blue-ish gray.

Frost is extremely loyal to their friends, in some cases to a fault. They don't hesitate to protect their friends when they believe they're in danger, or stand up for them when it's needed. They've gotten moved down in the rankings for it— talking back to authority isn't exactly considered a good thing in IceWing culture. Nonetheless, they've continued.
She's easily tricked, however— it's her greatest weakness, according to many of the dragons she's met. Frost's well aware of this, and is generally distrustful. Combined with her loyalty, she tends to pick fights when dragons who she deems as untrustworthy when they seem (from her point of view) to be threatening her friends.
While they might pick a lot of fights, Frost is also good at ending fights- their time as IceWing nobility led her to developing extensive diplomacy skills, and they pride themselves on all the fights they've managed to quiet. While Frost might be quick to pick fights with dragons they think could be threatening them or their friends, they're usually open to talking things out when the situation demands it.
History:
Frost was a model dragonet. Hatched into a family already high in the Circles, she learned the ropes quickly enough.
When they were five, Frost ended up wandering into the forest near the palace, and, soon enough, they met Blizzard, a dragonet her age from outside the Circles who decided to see the palace up close. The pair became close friends, meeting in the forest every week, less if they could manage it, and, eventually, they acknowledged their mutual crushes and became girlfriends.
Frost also made a friend in Shiver, another dragonet in the Circles. Shiver ended up being Frost's closest confidant outside of Blizzard, and was supportive when she inevitably found out about their relationship.
When Frost turned seven, she managed to secure a high position in the Second Circle, and, with Shiver turning seven and ranking in the Third Circle a few days later, started to relax.
However, when Frost turned nine, a guard spotted them and Blizzard together in the forest, and their relationship spilled into the palace, turning into quite the scandal. Not long after that, it was discovered that Blizzard was actually a quarter NightWing, and the hostility in the palace seemed to double overnight.
Worse still, a particularly hostile noble sneaked into Frost and Blizzard's meeting spot, and, when the couple met, the dragon confronted them rather... physically. Frost and Blizzard reacted similarly, and while the noble wasn't killed, they were still injured quite badly.
Knowing that Blizzard would undoubtedly be charged with the crime, Frost offered to confess, but after a brief standoff, they eventually agreed to run away. Shiver had to reluctantly stay in the palace, but agreed to meet with them when they could, and privately schemed to find a way to be in a position where she could leave the Ice Kingdom for months without question.
Frost and Blizzard currently wander Pyrrhia, tending to be around the Ice Kingdom, but overall not having any set place to live.
(TL;DR- Frost is/was a high-ranking IceWing noble, but after having her relationship with a (mostly) IceWing not in the circles exposed and nearly killing a dragon in self-defense, they ran off and are now wandering Pyrrhia.
Frost also has a friend that lives in the place whom she meets with when she can. Said friend is currently trying to find a way to not have to be in the palace so much.)
