Appearance (Short): A fairly average IceWing with silver-blue scales, though some tend towards slightly green-tinte
Appearance (Normal): Rain is average in an actually good way- he's got the muscles of a proper IceWing, the lithe grace in his posture but the tenseness almost unfitting for an IceWing prince. Spikes cover his body, a bit more wild and chaotic than he'd like, but it's not like he can change this. His wings are a bit larger than average, with them looking spotless.
Abilities: Nothing unusual for an IceWing, though his frostbreath manifests in essentially the weather phenomenon he's named after with no mechanical changes

Detailed personality here: Smooth-talking charisma lad. Very calm and collected and proper, though internally a ball of rage and murder. Thinks he has a claim to the throne of the IceWings, and will fight tooth and claw for this
History: Born and raised in the Ice Kingdom as one of the Queen's cousins. Thinks it stupid that there's a matriarchy and currently looking to overthrow it
Family: An IceWing royal named Blizzard as his mother and his father is another noble named Floe. He has a sister named Chinook
