Mmm so,,, I am not sure if we're going to revive Caged Wings, this is kind of an interest check I guess xD
First go I tried to be secretive about it but basically its,,,,, DoD rp but Danganronpa- The basic idea was that the roleplay took place around 400 years after canon, there is mostly peace between all the tribes and everything is good, with a lot of multi-tribe schools like Jade Mountain. Until the characters suddenly all wake up in a cave, with no memories of how they got there. Their guardian, a Nightwing dragonet, would tell them that there is another war, one worse than the Sandwing war, and that they were all the new Dragonets of Destiny. But they'd have to wait for years, until the world was safe enough for them to fulfill a prophecy, unless someone could prove they were able to survive out there by killing another dragonet.
Of course, just murder isn't fun enough >:)
When someone dies everyone gets some time, before a trial starts. The Dragonets would have to decide on who the killer was and vote on them. If they got it wrong, then they wouldn't be able to judge dragons outside of the cave and fail as Dragonets of Destiny, and all die except for the killer, who would get to leave better idea to just,,,, let the blackened leave (maybe the person they vote for is killed and the actual killer gets to go). If they vote for the right person, then they have to decide if the killer dies as well, or is allowed to keep living and stay in the cave. (This is so,,, murdering doesn't immediately remove your char xD maybe there could be a way to bring back killed chars as well,,,, as like one of the choices bringing the victim back although,, killing the blackened to bring back the victim would usually be a very easy choice and having them both be alive is kinda eh,,,)

So, this roleplay takes place in the Wings of Fire Universe, in the year 5436 AS, 422 years after the main series.
There is contact between the two continents, although it is still uncommon to see Pyrrhian or Pantalan dragons on the other continent, as the Hives are not friendly to outsiders.
Everything north of the old Wasp Hive is covered in forests and part of the Leafwing Kingdom. The Tsetse and Vinegaroon Hives have been abandoned and while no one lives in it now, their ruins can still be found. While Leafwings are a lot more common now, relationships between the Pantalan tribes are still rather tense. While Silkwings are still a lower class than Hivewings, they have more rights and freedom. Silkwings are the most common tribe outside of the Hives, as many left early on. Flamesilk is still very rare, but Silkwing hybrids are one of the most common hybrids.
The Nightwings have moved back to the old Night Kingdom, rebuilding what was left of the city. They are almost all nocturnal now, although many lean towards a more crepuscular schedule when around other tribes. Moon powers are a lot more common now, and there are more schools for them.
The other tribes have stayed mostly the same, although Rainwings have gone back to choosing their queens the same as before Glory.
Jade Mountain Academy still exists and while there are many other schools like it now, Jade Mountain is the largest and oldest multi-tribe school. There is generally peace in Pyrrhia with very few tensions. There are still old grudges between tribes, but most can peacefully live together.

There will be some limits on power of course (either no future sight/mindreading/animus or it being very limited) but other than that pretty much anything would be allowed, with no shop of course. Although it might be a good idea to only have one dragon of each tribe (hybrids are allowed of course but they're counted as the tribe they look like most/grew up as)
It's just that all characters have to be created before the roleplay starts or very early on.
