Halcyon has normal IceWing frostbreath, but it's a blue tint that looks a bit more like fire despite having the normal properties of frostbreath. He's able to change his form, but it takes a while and he needs to know the subject well. He "molds" his form into that of the dragon of his choice, with one form that's not even a tribe. He has no "normal" form, but he prefers the IceWing one.

Halcyon has been around for AGES, and he knows a whole lot of things. He never tells people the things he knows and prefers to stay cryptic about what he really means or thinks, often confusing people he talks to even more. But despite all he knows from his background, he doesn't remember much of normal dragon life- and a lot of things need to be explained to him. He tries to pass it off as "just messing with you", but he's really... not sure about what he's doing. He's a pretty sarcastic dragon who loves messing with people and quick jokes, and often doesn't come off the friendliest. He honestly does not care what you think about him.
Halcyon remembers only a few things from his many lives: mostly emotions or what things felt like. He'll remember what it feels like to have a loved one die, but he won't remember who it was, who he was, or when it was. Sometimes he only remembers a few things, like how good that bakery tasted and not the burning of his friends. Often he does not remember what was important to the dragon he was, or whether they have existing family- and their name fades out of his head pretty quickly. All he knows from those many lives is bits and pieces of memories that meant something to somebody.
He has a strange aura around him that most dragons will pick up: the concept that something is wrong here, but nothing seems wrong. As if Halcyon is something the mind is doing its best to comprehend, or if something is just... incorrect despite him looking like a totally normal IceWing! Nothing is wrong with him, but SOMETHING is wrong with him, but you can see him! Nothing is... nothing. Halcyon is fine. He is totally a dragon.
History:
Halcyon is not a dragon. Really. He's a spirit from the void, his only purpose being to carry the souls of other dragons from other lives until the death of that dragon, and then the cycle continues endlessly. Every time he loops again, he remembers his real personality in the void, which is again erased once he takes the form of a dragon. After countless ages of doing this he realized that he wanted to be his own dragon and remember it- he didn't want to be erased again, or to be left with only bits and pieces of who he was. So he escaped, finding a way out of the void and taking the form of the last dragon he was- an IceWing.
He's doing his best to escape from the spirits that have noticed his escape and are searching for him, while seeing how much of a normal dragon life he would be able to live.
