Abilities:
- pink blood
- forgot some stuff (specifically how he was experimented on/the names of his parents and sibling)
- minor prophecy, usually for stuff like "they eat a banana" or "tomorrow there will be no class" but sometimes just nonsense
- The skin under his scales glows sorta like a seawing. At will, but takes some effort
- He can only change scale colors at will with significant effort and they are unable to change normally
- Faster reaction time than normal dragons
- Bit of fire- mostly just smoke and sparks. It hurts him to use it.
- And normal RainWing venom

Detailed personality here;
Krait is... a person. He's a dragon. He has no sad backstory, or deep feelings about life, or internal traumas. He's a perfectly normal guy going to school, trying to get a job in something someday. Will he amount to something? Sure, but probably not anything too special. He's a civilian, a common folk, a... he's a guy! He's friendly yet cautious, wants to make friends but isn't immediately trusting of people. He understands when he could be in danger and does his best to preserve his life, but he will fight back if he needs to do so. He's an average student, and isn't very good at math.
History:
Krait is born in the Kingdom of Rain, the younger brother to Naja- he spends much of his early days as a normal RainWing, playing with other dragonets and causing chaos in the kingdom. He likes mangoes and kiwis, he likes talking to his friends, he doesn't like the horrible changes he was subjected to during the end of the war--
Krait is an abomination, but he doesn't know it. He thinks he was born weird, or RainWings are all like this, or that maybe he has some obscure hybrid ancestry? He would ask his parents about it, but he can't recall their names! How strange! Oh well, must just be a RainWing thing... That scar on his head? He fell out of a tree as a dragonet. Nobody has ever exposed his brain. That would be weird! His insomnia, lack of need of sun time? That's just a him issue! He's always been like this, as far as he remembers.
In truth, he's been edited by Naja to be like this as some sort of horrid first experiment- and then edited yet again so he doesn't remember any of that. Krait sometimes gets moments of clarity where he remembers EVERYTHING- the pain, the editing, what happened to him- but after a period of screaming, the thoughts go back into the faded way he's used to them. Does he prefer that? Well, better than dealing with what's happened to him.

Was it a dream? A reality? He remembers the Talons of Peace, a face meeting blades, his own claws the catalyst- and it's clear in his mind. Did he do this? When did he do this? Why did he do this?
