Appearance: {one-line appearance for tribe listings} Deadweight is an old purple dragon with wings covered in the standard NightWing stars, he only has two wings.
The character's appearance; Deadweight is several shades of purple, ranging from near black to a more violet color. His scales and weathered with age and experience. He has two wings, covered in the standard NightWing star freckles, though they only go as far as his wings. Deadweight finds that he’d like to have freckles on his face too, and did once as a Dragonet, but they faded. His eyes are also violet, though they’re more striking than the rest of his purple hues. He has antenna like a SilkWing, and has the same general build as SilkWings too, but very clearly has NightWing blood.
Abilities: ex: can breathe underwater, etc (If a shop item is 2000 Treasure or less you can have it for free on your first character) Standard SilkWing abilities - silk and all that, Standard NightWing abilities - born under no full moons.

Deadweight had not known happiness for a long time, since his parent left the land of the living, up until he found his husband and adopted their daughter. He’s a lot less depressed now, and not a shut in anymore, though that doesn’t mean he doesn’t get any depressive spirals. Deadweight suffers from the chemical imbalances in his brain giving him near constant anxiety and depression. Despite everything, Deadweight is easy to please and any kindness he receives he will return tenfold.
History:
Deadweight never knew his father, only his parent that birthed his egg. Their name was Mindless, a beautiful NightWing who was fiercely defendant of their family. Deadweight and Mindless lived together, wandering from place to place, for a long while. Eventually, Mindless came across a party of angry MudWings who were enraged to see a dragon such as Mindless in their territory. Deadweight ran when the fighting started, and Mindless ended up dying in the battle. Deadweight was sure his parent had survived - he never saw her corpse - but after years and years of searching, he gave up and finally accepted that his parent was dead. He quickly fell into a depressive spiral. He settled down far away from anyone, fully intending to simply live like that until he died of old age or something. Then came along Lamb, a lost MudWing dragonet who was running from scavengers. Lamb was easy to save, but with her in fight or flight mode, she was hard to calm down. Deadweight got Lamb to leave, but the very next day, she came back with scrolls and read out loud to him. At first, Deadweight was angered by this dragonet, but he soon came to accept her as part of his life. She even got him to get out of his house occasionally! On one such outing, Deadweight met a friend of his that he had met long ago - a NightWing named Together. When they were just barely out of dragonet hood, Deadweight and Together had been nearly inseparable. Together thought Deadweight was cool for his hybrid traits and Deadweight had a huge crush on Together. These feelings came out in full force when they met again, for both of them in fact. Together had a crush on Deadweight, and Deadweight had a crush on Together. So easily, they got married and adopted Lamb. They’ve been together for quite a while now, and Lamb isn’t so much of a dragonet anymore.
