A light blue IceWing with a forelimb and tail partially encased in ice. He has a small RainWing frill as well.
The character's appearance; Hail is an IceWing with distant RainWing blood. His scales are light blue, darkening around where the ice curse starts. His spikes are pure frosty white. He has a small RainWing frill behind his ears, however that is the only RainWing trait he possesses. Some say that his tail is also slightly curved like a RainWing’s, but since the curse spread to it, that has stopped.
Abilities: ex: can breathe underwater, etc (If a shop item is 2000 Treasure or less you can have it for free on your first character) Natural IceWing powers, No RainWing powers

Due to Hail’s ice curse, he’s anxious. Mostly about how it’s been growing the past couple or years, but also because he’s worried what the others will think of him. He’s very afraid of people thinking negatively of him. He tries his best to be optimistic and has a sort of fake it till you make it attitude. Hail is not very social.
History: There isn’t much to say about Hail’s backstory. He was born to a loving couple who didn’t care about the IceWing hybrid curse. When he hatched, he worried his parents with the ice starting to grow on his scales shortly after. The ice growing on his doesn’t actually disable him that much, rather it’s more of a mild inconvenience. He can still fly, walk, and basically everything a non-ice cursed dragon can do. He does, however, struggle with writing and drawing. Overall, Hail had a happy life and still does.
