Vespid is... not okay. That's the best way to describe it. As soon as he figured out he can kill people with his stinger, he went pretty feral. He keeps up his 'friendly salesman' personality during the daytime, but at night he seeks out dragons that are alone and drags them off to turn them into sweet, marketable confections. He's part of a beekeeper gang and gives them honey for free, as long as they bring him fresh, alive dragons to liquify.
History:
Normal kid, he never really knew his mother, so he lived with his father most of the time. He took gardening class in school. One day, one of his classmates stepped on his stinger and immediately started screaming at the top of their lungs. That was probably not supposed to happen. The classmate was sent to the hospital and eventually died of oh-no-my-insides-got-goopy. Vespid grew up with that knowledge and eventually learned that the goopy insides tasted great, so he made it his job to liquify people and sell it.
