Her wings as well as her frills are a darker shade of cobalt, and her eyes are a light, minty green.

Personality:
{+creative =shy =stubborn =high standards =cunning =sneaky -careless -gloomy}
Detailed personality here;
Bluebell is the opposite of her brother Windchime. She has high standards, and constantly pushes herself and others around her to their limits and beyond. Like Alstroemeria, Bluebell doesn't give up easily, standing by her decisions even when she knows that she's wrong. Bluebell can be seen as careless, and she focuses only on becoming the best dragon she can be, and often does not look deeper into life than what's at the surface. Bluebell doesn't like to talk, and can rarely be seen around the village, since her job doesn't require her to come in contact with other dragons much. However, Bluebell is extremely creative, though not in the same way as Windchime. She likes to use her cunningness and creativity to think of ways to "wreck havoc upon the face of the earth", as Windchime put it. Bluebell doesn't seem to see the world positively, either, always being surrounded in an aura of gloom. She's also seen as emotionless, and many RainWings are creeped out by her, well, non-RainWing-ness.
History:
Bluebell was born in the same hatchery as her brother, Windchime, and her best friend, Alstroemeria. They grew up together, though they pursued different occupations. Bluebell's always been curious that the RainWings didn't have a proper army or even guards, and believes that they should to keep the tribe safe. Bluebell began to advertise her idea at the mere age of 5, but was brushed off as merely a inquisitive dragonet who will soon discover how pointless her idea was. That didn't happen, however, as Bluebell continued to believe in her idea, and that belief grew overtime instead of dying down. When she was 9, she finally managed to convince the RainWing queen to give her a job as a guard for the RainWings. Almost as soon as she had became a guard, she rallied many dragons who thought the same way as her, some as young as age 3, and trained them to become guards like her. The guards were surprisingly effective, and while no dragons usually pass by RainWing territory, the amount of large animals that could threaten the life of dragonets were significantly reduced after the guard unit came into effect. Once she reached age 10 and 11, she could barely be seen by any dragon that wasn't Alstroemeria, Windchime, or the other dragons in the guard unit. Some dragonets even spread rumors about her, saying that she actually didn't exist and was just a dragon in a ghost story. Older dragons still are uncertain about her guard idea, even after the heaping amounts of evidence that it made a difference, however, the Queen was entirely convinced and the other dragons didn't dare argue with their Queen. At age 14, Bluebell, along with some other dragons of the guard unit, built an camp for the guards, not unlike the RainWing village but much smaller. The Guardians' Outpost, as it was later called, was meant for RainWing guards to stay at without having to travel the distance between the borders and the official village. Although Bluebell still works as a guard today, she spends much of her time with Alstroemeria and Windchime as well, and on some days when she's not busy, she can even travel away from the Rainforest, bartering with merchants for shiny trinkets that she could bring back to Alstroemeria.
