Appearance (short description + art): Skywing with Icewing claws, scales and tailtip, blue-grey scales, striped underbelly and yellow and black markings all over, huge yellow wings with orange stripes. Their eyes are pale gold with a darker spiral instead of a normal pupil.
not in ref: They normally have a black pouch around the base of their neck where their precious golden scissors are kept.

Personality: Vaporize... Vaporize is interesting, to say the least. Something isn't right in that skull of theirs, and everyone around them knows this. They're all over the place. One moment, they're all happy, laughing... and the next they're trying to claw your throat out for no reason. No one knows why this is the case, but some say it may have been because of an old curse...
Gore and violence never phases them at all- even if it's another dragon. Several times they're tried to hurt of kill other dragons themselves- even one of their own siblings. They seem to enjoy violence, even.
They sometimes don't process stuff as it should, misinterpreting things and making assumptions out of thin air. This... has undoubtedly caused some trouble.
In short: this bastard is crazy. Please social distance, at least six feet. No, six miles.
History:
Vaporize lived in the Sky Kingdom with their parents. Life was pretty average. Their IceWing father came from a decently off background, so they always had enough money to get by quite well. They were the youngest sibling of three- and the most unusual. Their odd behavior- and interesting speech pattern- showed itself early in life. Despite this, their father bought them a unique pair of golden scissors- the most sharp pair one could ever find, with a spearpoint-like end. This became their most prized possession, which they will defend fiercely.
Their parents have always had a hard time trying to control their deranged child. They would randomly destroy stuff, torture animals, collet body parts from said animals- and even attack other dragons on occasion. One time they tried to bisect a sibling to see what they looked like inside. Thankfully, they were stopped before any damage was done.
This child was- and is- a menace to society.
One day when they were out wandering the kingdom, they overheard a conversation about animus dragons- this was the first time they ever heard about it. After hearing the snippets they did, they decided in their mind that "Hey, I should have been an animus!". Immediately they flew home, yelling at their parents about it. Their siblings weren't home. After some arguing, Vaporize simply pulled out their scissors and attacked. Both parents were killed by their raging child. Afterwards, they went on their way to find an animus to make them animus.
Eventually they heard of one who just might do it- Anglerfish. It took some time, but eventually they found her. With some discussion and agreements, Vaporize was given their wish- and the next morning, Anglerfish had mysteriously died in her sleep. Vaporize truly didn't have anything to do wit it, but disposed of her body by dumping it into the sea.
Their first enchantment was on their scissors, making it so that they could use them to open portals to wherever they wanted to go.
Vaporize hen opened a portal, and went on their way.
