Abilities: Frostbreath, normal Icewing abilities.

Able to read minds of dragons if he focuses and is near them. Can read more than one dragon at the same time, but it's very difficult and confusing.

Able to place a word or idea in someone's brain, either directly when he's reading their mind, which is stronger and makes the word pop into their mind, or by affecting an object, which is less powerful and easier to miss, but will affect anyone who looks at it. Anything can be used, and he can even imprint through himself to make him look different to other dragons.

Although he can shapeshift, it takes a very long time and a lot of energy, and it usually still won't look right, so he prefers to not use it.

Personality:

Panthera is generally not a very serious person. The only thing he seems to really care about is his café in Possibility where he serves coffee, something he claims he learned about from the Rainwings (even though no one ever heard of it), but even that is rarely open. Sometimes he'll just.... disappear for several days, or even weeks. While Panthera is friendly to everyone and happy to chat, he never speaks about himself. He doesn't care about someone's history either, he'll be just as kind to a murderer as he is to the kindest dragon in the world.

Panthera does like mortals. He thinks their lives are interesting and full of creativity, but he doesn't feel connected to them. They'll all just return to the void eventually, and if he tells them too much it might get him in trouble as well. He tends to feel somewhat lonely because of it.

Although he avoids fighting, Panthera does enjoy causing trouble. He never does anything himself, always using his imprinting powers to manipulate others. Although he claims to use it for good, like helping people deal with their problems, when he's bored he might just make those problems worse. Small arguments near him might lead to the dragons trying to kill each other for no reason.

One thing Panthera does struggle with is leaving items that belong to other people alone. They'll be dead in 100 years anyways, so he doesn't see a problem with stealing.


History:

Panthera is not really a dragon. He was created in the void as a "reusable" soul, like many others, living the life of a mortal, until it dies and he returns to the void before he is reincarnated again.

While he did not have too much of a problem with existing like this, believing it was necessary, he never enjoyed it. So when another spirit fled, he took his chance to leave too, telling whatever else was out there that he would bring that spirit back.

He's.... working on it still. Kind of.

At first he avoided Halcyon, so if someone caught him he'd still have a good excuse, but that got very lonely.

He just tells himself that he technically doesn't have any real proof Halcyon is a spirit, as he looks like a dragon. Any of the weird stuff could just be an animus enchantment, who knows.

Even if he got a chance to take Halcyon and return to the void without any trouble, he wouldn't take it. Panthera prefers his "life" on Pyrrhia, and actually being himself for once. And stealing pants.
