Appearance (short description + art): Slightly stockier red RainWing with green markings and white wings and frills speckled with black, the tip of his tail missing, and his eyes a very dark, almost black maroon

Pitaya is not a friendly dragon. It's rare for someone to talk to him without him getting angry and snappy- then again, a lot of people are making fun of him when they talk to him. He's often disrespectful, and is unafraid to start a fight. You get on his bad side? Oh well, your house is on fire now. Others tend to steer clear of him because of this. He gets defensive when you talk about what makes him different- his inability to change his scales, lack of venom, his strange, hissing speech, or the tip of his tail that is gone, and if he doesn't set you ablaze on the spot, you'll likely soon find something of yours in a pile of ash.
History:
Pitaya has lived in the rainforest his whole live. His mother a RainWing, father a NightWing, he lived with his mother's tribe, not often seeing his father who tended to stay with the rainforest NightWings. The RainWings often taunted his for his lack of color-changing scales, but met those taunts with the ability he did have- his firebreath. Several houses have been burned down thanks to him. Often, if not picking a fight with someone, he'd be off on his own, wandering the rainforest.
At 5, he encountered a scavenger, who cut the end of his tail off. Many have taunted him for this, saying thing like, "Oh my goodness, you let a hairless sloth take your tail? Pathetic!".
The RainWing that has taunted him the most is Ananas. That bastard never let Pitaya forget what made him different, and the two of them are often at each other's throats- often literally. It's miraculous how they haven't killed each other yet.
