Sexuality: Honestly? Even now she doesn't know. Pretty unsure about what she is, but doesn't think much on it.

Appearance (short description + art): A blue-eyed, mostly black HiveWing with warm brown stripes and dark brown wings with lighter stripes.
Abilities: Normal Hive abilities, has a tail stinger that's fairly sharp but no venom (aka just a living knife ig lol)
Personality: Gryllus is an intelligent dragon who always sees all sides of a situation, hesitant to take sides right away- but sometimes she can be very indecisive because of this, even over simple things. She is nonjudgemental over tribe, willing to treat all as equals- including LeafWings. Her general rule is "as long as you're not an asshole, we're all good!"
On the outside she may seem strong and confident, but take a bit of a closer look and you'll see her timidness- she imagines great things, but is so hesitant to make moves, afraid of the worst outcome. She would love to make things equal for Silks and Hives, but doesn't want to be attacked (in any fashion, physical or verbal) by her family members. She's always worried what others will think of her- she doesn't want to mess up, and the fear of that was put into her very young.
She is a slight bit hesitant to trust, but will almost cling to those she befriends- often trusting friends more than family.
Sometimes she has a hard time getting out what she wants to say into words- but give her time, and she will be able to. Thanks to this she speaks quietly most of the time and mumbles. She also is oftentime better able to get her point across through writing.
She loves art, and her home is decorated with pieces she has done herself, along with a few by others that she loves. She doesn't worry much about her looks.
She also loves to collect things- random things, not necessarily of value, just anything neat that catches her eye. This could include stones, insects, parts of dead things, or even trash. She isn't a hoarder, not like one would think- her place is fairly neat, with Gryllus' trinkets almost everywhere.
She can have trouble with staying on one task, her mind often wandering, though when she wants to get something done, she'll do it and do it well. She doesn't like being pressured to do something, and is less likely to do something if someone is up in her face about it. If someone's on her too much she might just snap- she's good at hiding her anger (and other emotions, because she doesn't want to look bad), but when she snaps, watch out.
She tends to spend time alone, and when she's not doing normal lady work, she's often doing art (to add to the hive gallery or her home) or reading. She also has a big sweet tooth and almost always has candy on hand.
She can be tough on herself at times, mentally beating herself up when she thinks she has failed something/someone.
History:
She was always stressed about doing her best by her parents, not to be lazing about, often getting yelled at. She was so jumpy when she was younger. She was so happy to move out, do her own thing. She mostly just vibed, until she eventually took control of the hive. She's made a few changes- taking down all the artwork of the former lady and filling the gallery of artwork she's done- and making restrictions on Silks a little less tight, but not much in fear of her family not approving.
She met a SilkWing LeafWing hybrid named Moss who is a musician (she's the only one he's ever told that he's part leaf), and the two hang out sometimes.
She sometimes thinks about becoming queen, but is a bit too scared of trying to challenge Tarantula. Maybe once she builds the confidence she'll try?
